Step 1: In a large pot over medium high heat bring 18 cups of water, lemons, 2 cups of sugar and honey to a boil; stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; cover and steep for 30 minutes. Uncover and let cool for 2 hours or until lukewarm.
Step 2: Squeeze juice from lemon halves into lemonade; discard peels. Mix in more sugar by 1/4 cupfuls, if desired. Add strawberries. Chill until cold (6 hours or up to 2 days).
Step 3: Fill glasses with ice cubes and ladle in the lemonade; garnish with whole berries if desired,
