Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 chili peppers (small finely sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon satay sauce
  • 1 onion (spring onion, finely sliced green and white)
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce (hot, we use fountains)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced chili peppers (from the jar)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Pepper and salt to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix honey and lemon juice together to form a liquid and then mix all the other ingredients in and marinade meat for whatever time suits you.

  • Step 2: I mix the marinade in the container which I am marinating the meat, if using a zip lock bag made up the marinade in a jug, put meat in the zip lock bag and then pour marinade over and seal bag.
