  • 1 can (14 ounce) sauerkraut
  • 5.2 ounces dry rice (2/3 cup dry)
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Layer in order given.

  • Step 2: Drain the sauerkraut.

  • Step 3: Slice onion.

  • Step 4: Dot hamburger.

  • Step 5: Pour over sauce and rice.

  • Step 6: Top with soup.

  • Step 7: Bake 300 degrees 2 hours covered(or put in crock pot).
