  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup oats (oatmeal)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • VEGGIES
  • 1 can (16 ounce) tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bag (16 ounce) lima beans (frozen, thawed)
  • 12 ounces carrots (4 carrots, peeled and quartered)
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • Paprika (1 dash)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix oatmeal and milk together let sit 15 minutes. Add to meat with egg and onion powder and chili powder.

  • Step 2: In casserole, mix limas with onions. Place carrots.

  • Step 3: Make eight 2-inch balls. Place among limas.

  • Step 4: Pour over tomatoes.

  • Step 5: Cover with foil, bake 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
