Step 1: Combine one tablespoon of the molasses with the next seven ingredients (- garlic); stir to combine. Divide mixture into 16 portions and shape each portion into a patty.
Step 2: Heat a grill pan over high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add patties to pan; cook a minute or two on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
Step 3: Place patties on platter on brush with remaining molasses.
