Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoon molasses (divided, pomegranate molasses)
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pound lamb, ground
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine one tablespoon of the molasses with the next seven ingredients (- garlic); stir to combine. Divide mixture into 16 portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  • Step 2: Heat a grill pan over high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add patties to pan; cook a minute or two on each side or until desired doneness is reached.

  • Step 3: Place patties on platter on brush with remaining molasses.
