Step 1: Mix together the ground turkey, minced bacon, pressed garlic, minced onion, rice, chicken bouillon granules and hot pepper flakes and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours to allow the flavours to meld.
Step 2: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, coat with non-stick spray, shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on top of foil.
Step 3: Mix together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and hot sauce and set aside.
Step 4: Place in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 45 minutes, remove from oven and brush the meatloaf with the mayonnaise mixture, return to oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5: Cover loosely with foil and allow cooling for 10 minutes before slicing into the meatloaf.
