Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 pounds oranges (peeled ,it said 2 oranges)
  • 1/4 pound rhubarb (cut up 2 stalks)
  • 1 pound pineapple (fresh, 4 slices)
  • 1 pound strawberries (1 cup)
  • 1 pound pitted cherries (1 cup)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup honey (I would start with 1/2 c honey and add more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all the ingredients except sour cream. Simmer about 30 minutes, then puree.

  • Step 2: Chill.

  • Step 3: Add sour cream before serving.
