  • 1 package (3 ounce) Jell-O gelatin (lemon)
  • 2 cups water (boiling)
  • 1 pound marshmallows
  • 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 package (3 ounce) Jell-O gelatin (raspberry)
  • 2 cups water (boiling)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water.

  • Step 2: Melt marshmallows in 1 cup boiling water. Mix together. Let cool.

  • Step 3: Whip heavy cream until thick.

  • Step 4: Beat together, the cream cheese, pineapple and salad dressing. Add whipped cream. Mix into the cooled mixture.

  • Step 5: Put in oblong cake pan, then chill.

  • Step 6: Mix raspberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Chill until syrupy. Pour over lemon mixture. Chill.

  • Step 7: When set, cut into squares.

  • Step 8: Pour over.
