  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham (Italian ham, Prosciutto)
  • 6 ounce dry wine (Vermouth wine)
  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound dry spaghetti pasta

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shake chicken breasts with flour. Brown chicken breasts in a saucepan with olive oil. Add garlic, onions, herbs, spices and wine; saute until soft.

  • Step 3: Cook pasta, drain, and place on dishes. Spoon mixture over pasta. Sprinkle Mozzarella over mixture and serve.
