Step 1: Microwave the spinach until wilted.
Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and chopped red onion and cook 5 minutes. Transfer the onions and garlic to a bowl to cool.
Step 3: Squeeze moisture from the spinach, place on a cutting board then coarsely chop. add spinach into a large mixing bowl, toss with the onions-garlic mixture, 1 teaspoon of oregano, seasoned salt and pepper, then mix in BBQ sauce. Add in feta crumbles and turkey, mix until combined.
Step 4: Shape into 4 patties. Place on a plate cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more, better for 24 hours.
Step 5: Place patties on the grill. Season with grill seasoning. Grill the patties until completely cooked through, basting with BBQ sauce while grilling
