Step 1: Bring water to a boil, add butter and flour then stir like crazy, stir until thick, then allow to cool.
Step 2: Stir in eggs one at a time, then add baking powder.
Step 3: Drop in gem pans (muffin tins, baking sheets, the bigger the puff the less you make) bake 45 minutes (others say 30 minutes at 400 degrees ).
Step 4: Boil together, milk, butter, sugar and egg (stirring constantly with whisk) when boiling, add cornstarch dissolved in water, boil until thick. Add vanilla.
