  • 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 ounces bacon (2 slices crisp bacon)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 large egg (hard-cooked)
  • 1/4 cup chopped avocado
  • 1/8 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1/8 cup chives
