Step 1: Wash and dry the orange.
Step 2: Cut the orange into quarters and remove the pips.
Step 3: Place the first 5 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 4: If using the optional ingredients, wait until the mix is well blended, and add the choc chips only, blend chips until just chopped. After blending choc chips, stir in the nuts if using.
Step 5: Pour mix into a greased and lined 20cm baking tin and bake at 180dg for 50 minutes.
Step 6: Serve warm with cream, or let cake cool and ice.
