Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 250 grams fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (85 gram) raspberry jelly
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or 1 passion fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon liqueur (Grand Marnier)

How to Make

  • Step 1: ** NOTE ~ Use only half the quantity of water recommended on the jelly packet insructions.

  • Step 2: Stir sugar into the strawberries and stand for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Puree the strawberry mixture.

  • Step 4: Make up the jelly with the water, (see note above) add lemon juice (or passionfruit) Grand Marnier and pureed strawberries.

  • Step 5: Pour mixture into champagne glasses and chill for four hours or until set.

  • Step 6: Jellies usually make about 4-6 depending on size of wine or champagne glasses used.

  • Step 7: You can top the Jellies with whipped cream if desired.
