Step 1: Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix in the melted butter.
Step 2: Press mix into a sponge roll tin.
Step 3: Bake in oven at 180C (350F) for approx 15 minutes and remove.
Step 4: In a bowl mix in condensed milk, butter, golden syrup and mix together well until combined, put this mix onto the weet-bix base and return to the oven for 3 minutes (I actually leave about 5 minute, to get a nice caramel flavor, but it must be watched that it does not burn).
Step 5: Ice whilst still warm with icing (sprinkle over with some extra coconut if using) and when slice has cooled ~ cut into slices.
