Step 1: Sauté the bacon & shallots in a frying pan for 2 minutes and then drain.
Step 2: Combine the cheese, bacon mix and Worcestershire sauce and seasoning in a bowl.
Step 3: Place the oysters on a baking sheet and top with a spoonful of cheese mix.
Step 4: Grill until the cheese has melted and browned. Serve on the lettuce, garnished with sprigs of parsley.
