Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 50 grams bacon rashers (2 rashers, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup shallots, finely chopped
  • 90 grams grated tasty cheese (30 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 grams oysters (12 oysters)
  • 3 lettuce leaves, shredded
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Parsley or chopped chives to garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauté the bacon & shallots in a frying pan for 2 minutes and then drain.

  • Step 2: Combine the cheese, bacon mix and Worcestershire sauce and seasoning in a bowl.

  • Step 3: Place the oysters on a baking sheet and top with a spoonful of cheese mix.

  • Step 4: Grill until the cheese has melted and browned. Serve on the lettuce, garnished with sprigs of parsley.
