Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (4 to 6 breasts)
  • 6 to 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices (6-8 slices, Mozzarella works too)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375.

  • Step 2: Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan.

  • Step 3: Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.

  • Step 4: In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
