  • 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 pounds mango (3-4 mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vodka
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Using a food processor puree all the ingredients together until smooth (1-2 minutes).

  • Step 2: Strain pulp through a fine sieve pressing on the solids with a wooden spoon, discard remaining solids.

  • Step 3: Process mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze.
