Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (213 grams) salmon (pink or sockeye, skin and bones removed)
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes (plain, no added ingredients)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons yellow onion, minced
  • 3/4 cup Panko (Bread crumbs)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients except crumbs, stir well.

  • Step 2: Form into 6 patties, coat with crumbs.

  • Step 3: Heat pan, medium high heat, add oil and fry the patties until golden brown on each side and heated through. Approximately 5 minutes per side.
