Step 4: Mix flour, xantham gum, baking powder and salt. Stir into mixture. FOld in nuts, Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. at this point you can put on cookie sheets and freeze then put in freezer bag or Bake on ungreased baking sheet
Step 6: Bake 300 * for 18-20 minutes. Remove from sheets to wire racks. Cool
Step 7: Store airtight
