Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease a baking sheet and 12 chopsticks or spray with Pam.
Step 3: Unroll one package of refrigerated bread sticks and separate into 12 strips - stretch the strips until they are 8-10 inches long.
Step 4: Wrap one strip around each prepared skewer or chopsticks, leaving 3/4 inch between dough twists, tucking in ends of dough underneath to secure.
Step 5: If desired brush or sprinkle with your favorite topper. Some suggestions are garlic and oil, dijon mustard and pankon crumbs,milk and grated parmesan or pesto
Step 6: Bake for 13-15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing skewers and serve warm.
