  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped yellow onion
  • 5.3 ounces frozen green peas (1 cup fresh frozen, cooked)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar (5 ounce) pimento cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 can (7 ounce) tuna,
  • 10 ounces noodles (cooked and drained)
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed potato chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350ºF.

  • Step 2: In medium saucepan, melt butter, saute onion until tender.

  • Step 3: Add soup, cheese spread, tuna, milk; heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.

  • Step 4: Add noodles, peas and olives; mix well.

  • Step 5: Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with crushed potato chips

  • Step 7: Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes
