Step 1: Combine milk and salt.
Step 2: Soak the bread cubes in the milk for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Step 5: Dip bread cubes in flour.
Step 6: Fry over medium heat until golden.
Step 7: Drain again.
Step 8: Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.
