Step 1: Combine chicken and lime juice and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Heat oil in a large skillet.
Step 4: Add chicken and brown on all sides.
Step 5: Add onion, pepper, olives and orange juice.
Step 6: Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Step 7: Remove chicken to a serving platter and pour the pan juices over it.
Step 8: Top with almonds.
