Step 1: Season flour with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Roll fish in seasoned flour.
Step 3: Heat oil in a large skillet.
Step 4: Saute fish and onion until browned on both sides, 4-5 minutes per side.
Step 5: Remove fish and keep warm. Leave the onions in the pan.
Step 6: Add tomatoes and wine to the onions.
Step 7: Cook about 5 minutes.
Step 8: Add mushrooms and parsley and cook until heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Step 9: Pour sauce over the fish.
Step 10: Garnish with more parsley, if desired.
