  • 1 can (28 ounce) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces dry rice (4 cups dry instant rice)
