Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Arrange berries in the bottom of a greased 10" baking dish.
Step 3: Combine eggs, egg yolks, flour, sugar, salt and milk in a blender or food processor.
Step 4: Process until well mixed.
Step 5: Pour batter over berries.
Step 6: Place dish on a baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
Step 8: Remove from oven and cool; batter may sink a little.
Step 9: Just before serving, spoon brandy over top and dust with powdered sugar.
