Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces chopped yellow onion (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) tomato soup
  • 1 cup water (rinse out soup can)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese (for topping)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni al dente ,it will finish cooking in oven; drain.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile brown ground beef and onion and bell pepper together. Add worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 3: Add soup to noodles add meat mixture to noodles. Add cup of water. Transfer mixture into casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Slice cheese and add to top.

  • Step 5: Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, make sure it does not dry out.
