  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped stiff)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat milk.

  • Step 2: Add marshmallows a few at a time, beat until they melt.

  • Step 3: Add coffee, cool.

  • Step 4: Beat cream until stiff.

  • Step 5: Add cooled marshmallow mixture. Beat, pour into ice cube trays. Freeze.
