  • 1 can (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes (do not drain)
  • 2 cans (15 ounce) pinto beans (drained)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) garbanzo beans (drained)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) hominy (drained, white or yellow)
  • 1 can (4.5 ounce) tomato paste
  • 1 can (4 ounce) green chili peppers (diced)
  • 2 small (17 ounces) zucchini, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon molasses (dark)
