Step 1: Combine all ingredients together and form into a loaf shape.
Step 2: Lightly grease a meatloaf pan or tin and spoon the mixture into the tin, making sure to press down well.
Step 3: Cover and bake at 180°C for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Step 4: Drain off any excess fat from loaf.
Step 5: Let loaf sit and cool and refrigerate.
Step 6: Serve cold and slice thinly to serve.
