Step 1: Brush a little of the cooking oil on the grill grate.
Step 2: Add coriander to remaining oil.
Step 3: Brush oil mixture over the fish, inside and out.
Step 4: Place some onion slices and a sprig of parsley inside each fish.
Step 5: If desired, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Combine remaining oil mixture with lemon juice.
Step 7: Cook on oiled grill until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
