Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup oil (cooking oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 49 to 72 ounces trout fish (cleaned, 6 fillets, 8-12 ounces each)
  • 3 whole (1 1/2 pounds) yellow onions, sliced
  • 6 parsley sprigs
  • Salt (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brush a little of the cooking oil on the grill grate.

  • Step 2: Add coriander to remaining oil.

  • Step 3: Brush oil mixture over the fish, inside and out.

  • Step 4: Place some onion slices and a sprig of parsley inside each fish.

  • Step 5: If desired, season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Combine remaining oil mixture with lemon juice.

  • Step 7: Cook on oiled grill until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
