Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • CAKE
  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • CINNAMON SWIRL
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • GLAZE
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons whole milk (or half and half)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: NOTE: I suggest to make the swirl before making the cake batter.

  • TO MAKE THE CAKE

  • Step 2: Mix everything together first 6 ingredients until blended.

  • Step 3: Slowly stir in the melted butter.

  • Step 4: Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 pan.

  • TO MAKE THE CINNAMON SWIRL

  • Step 5: Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  • Step 6: Drop evenly over the batter, the swirl into cake batter using a knife.

  • Step 7: Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes.

  • TO MAKE THE GLAZE

  • Step 8: Mix all 3 ingredients, drizzle over warm cake.
