Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 jar (8 ounce) black olives (drained, large & ripe olives)
  • 1 jar (7 ounce) kalamata olives
  • 1 jar (7 ounce) green olives (large pimiento-stuffed)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the olive oil with balsamic vinegar and Italian season and if using the cayenne pepper and chopped garlic; add in the olives and toss to combine.

  • Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for 48 hours or more before serving (tossing a few times during chilling).
