Step 1: Cream peanut butter and shortening. Add sugar until light and fluffy, Add egg and sour cream.
Step 2: Sift dry ingredients, then add gradually to wet, mixing just enough to blend.
Step 3: Roll cookies into balls, using about 1 tablespoon for each cookie.
Step 4: Flatten them out on a greased baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
