  • 6 slices (6 ounces) bacon (sliced)
  • 4 ounces yellow onion (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • 1 pound potatoes (2 cups, diced, peeled)
  • 20 ounces frozen corn,
  • 16 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: In skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove and reserve.

  • Step 2: Add onion and potatoes to bacon drippings and saute' for about 5 minutes; drain well.

  • Step 4: Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 - 7 hours.
