The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces celery stalks (4 stalks))
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime (zest and juice only)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil)
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 pounds fresh salmon (Coho, skin on)
  • Sesame seeds, toasted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat grill to medium high.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl or serving dish combine relish ingredients (celery -sesame oil); season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  • Step 3: Brush salon on both sides with additional sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill (3-5 minutes per side) or until desired doneness is reached.

  • Step 4: Serve salmon with the celery relish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
