  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a Dutch oven, combine sugar, zucchini, pineapple and lime juice. Bring to a boil, then boil 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Step 3: Pour into hot jars water bath 10 minutes
