  • Gingerroot (one 2 inch slice)
  • Crystallized ginger (one 2 inch slice)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 10 cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon whole peppercorns (black)
  • Orange zest (1 strip)
  • 8 slices orange
  • 9 cups water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring water to a boil.

  • Step 2: Add everything but orange slice.

  • Step 3: Steep 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Place orange slice in bottom of cup.

  • Step 5: Pour over tea that you have strained.
