  • 1 (1/2 pound) cucumber, diced
  • 10 green onions, diced
  • 16 ounces green peas (cooked)
  • 16 ounces corn kernels
  • 16 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup artichokes (Jerusalem artichokes, cooked mashed, use potatoes if you don`t have)
  • Grilled bannock (cut in pieces ,optional)
  • Salt & pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry the pepper, cucumber & green onion in the oil until tender. Add the peas, corn, tomatoes, artichoke or potato & bannock.
