Step 1: Mix flour, sugar, cardamom, ground walnuts and oil; mix well.
Step 2: Make small balls by hand; place them on greased cookie sheet.
Step 3: Press 1/2 walnut or whole almond on top of each cookie.
Step 4: Bake about 20 minutes in 300° oven.
Step 5: Note: If dough is too watery, add a little flour.
