  • 2 pounds stewing beef (in chunks)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 (8 ounce) yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 green (6 ounce) bell green pepper (cubed)
  • 1 3/4 pounds potatoes (5 potatoes, peeled,cubed)
  • 1 (1 1/2 pound) eggplant (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place meat in saucepan and cover with water. Cook until almost tender and water evaporates.

  • Step 2: Add chopped onions, black pepper paprika and salt. Mix thoroughly.

  • Step 3: Add tomatoes eggplant and potatoes. Let simmer until potatoes are cooked.

  • Step 4: Add green pepper and simmer for 5 minutes
