Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Olive oil (use as much as you like)
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder (use as much as you like but use sparingly if you are not a garlic lover you can omit)
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced hard salami
  • 1/2 cup julienned roasted sweet red peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, then lightly grease a baking sheet.

  • Step 2: Lightly brush olive oil over one side of tortilla, then lightly sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese (1/4 to 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese should be enough to cover four tortillas).

  • Step 3: Layer tortillas with ham, provolone cheese, salami, red peppers and mozzarella cheese; fold in sides of tortillas then roll up (this point you may refrigerate until ready to bake).

  • Step 4: Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Step 5: Brush the outside of each tortilla with oil then sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese (use as much Parmesan cheese as you like).

  • Step 6: Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 7: Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
