Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, then lightly grease a baking sheet.
Step 2: Lightly brush olive oil over one side of tortilla, then lightly sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese (1/4 to 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese should be enough to cover four tortillas).
Step 3: Layer tortillas with ham, provolone cheese, salami, red peppers and mozzarella cheese; fold in sides of tortillas then roll up (this point you may refrigerate until ready to bake).
Step 4: Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 5: Brush the outside of each tortilla with oil then sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese (use as much Parmesan cheese as you like).
Step 6: Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7: Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
