Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: With mixer, beat peanut butter, softened butter and sugars together until well mixed. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
Step 3: Add flour and oats. Mix until combined.
Step 4: Spread into jelly roll pan.
Step 5: Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
Step 6: With stand or handheld mixer, mix peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
Step 7: Slowly add powdered sugar and milk alternating to mix. Add a teaspoon or two of extra milk if the frosting needs to be thinner.
Step 8: Spread on cooled bars.
