Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved lengthwise)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra-virgin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 10 grams pine nuts (1 tablespoon)
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2: Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt rosemary garlic and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring once or twice, adding pine nuts 15 minutes later until deep golden brown, crisp outside and tender inside, 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Step 3: The leaves that are loose will be especially brown and crispy. Transfer to a bowl, add cheese toss and serve.
