  • 3 stalks (6 ounces) celery (diced)
  • 1 (8 ounce) yellow onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup hominy
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 whole (1 1/4 pounds) potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 whole (12 ounces) tomatoes (diced)
  • 5 green chiles (roasted, peeled, seeded and diced)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
