  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds stewing beef (cubed)
  • 1 (8 ounce) yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 red chili pods, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Step 1: Brown meat in oil.
