Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 cup white onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 4 ounces dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Hot sauce (about 3 drops)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine wine, onion and garlic. Heat to boiling; simmer 5 minutes. Pour into bowl and cool. Strain wine mixture into remainder of ingredients in small sauce pan, beating until very smooth. Heat slowly, whisking constantly until mixture thickens. Cool. Pour into non-metallic container and cover. Store in refrigerator.
