Step 1: Mix together the hash browns, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and grated cheese; place in a casserole dish and cook in a preheated 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes.
Step 2: Remove from oven.
Step 3: Mix together the melted butter and corn flakes and pour over hash brown mixture; return to oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
