Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 bag (32 ounce) frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (can use more)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes cereal

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the hash browns, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and grated cheese; place in a casserole dish and cook in a preheated 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes.

  • Step 2: Remove from oven.

  • Step 3: Mix together the melted butter and corn flakes and pour over hash brown mixture; return to oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
