Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1.69 ounces dried figs (6 figs, diced hard stalk removed)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 2.15 ounces fresh raspberries (1/2 cup)
  • Linseed, almonds and sunflower seeds mix (LSA, 1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine everything except the raspberries, half a cup of LSA in a food processor until course.

  • Step 2: Drizzle in honey (more if needed) until mixture is slightly sticky and well combined.

  • Step 3: Take a bit of the dough and put a raspberry in the centre and form into a 2.5cm ball.

  • Step 4: Roll the ball in the remaining LSA to coat, repeat till all mix is used.

  • Step 5: Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
